Martin a travaillé comme entraîneur de gymnastique artistique, soldat-médic dans la Réserve des Forces armées canadiennes, professeur de sciences au secondaire, conseiller au Secrétariat aux loisirs et aux sports du gouvernement du Québec, formateur national chez Bayer, directeur national formation et développement chez Essilor.
Martin sait illuminer une salle pleine de participants et il sait éveiller leurs émotions afin de créer des moments mémorables.

Martin is an educator turned engagement specialist on an epic quest to INSPIRE people to take action so that they are happy, engaged, and motivated - and their organizations can create positive change in the world.
As an interactive keynote speaker and workshop facilitator who speaks at more than 80 events each year, Martin’s presentations are 50% humor, 50% energy and 100% emotion.
He inspired professionals from more than 20 countries including China, Thailand, all over Europe, United States and Canada.
In 2023 Martin won the title of Inspirational Speaker of the Year at North America's largest inspirational speaking competition, Speaker Slam®, and recently delivered a talk at TEDxLakefield College School entitled “The wrong thing to look for in a great job” that already has 80,000 views.
Martin also worked as an artistic gymnastics coach, a soldier-Medic in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve, a high-school science teacher, an advisor with the Quebec Government Sports and Leisure Secretariat, a national trainer with Bayer Canada, and a national director of Training and Development with Essilor Canada.
